Seelye Companies, ie. Seelye, Inc., DJ Plastics and Tefen Products USA, will replace all products shown to be defective in material or workmanship during a period of six months from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the Warranty Period (six months) and will not be extended. Replacement heating elements and repairs on pre-existing items are not covered by this warranty.

Seelye Companies’ limited warranty only covers products that have failed due to defects caused by the manufacturing/fabrication process. This warranty will be void if the product(s) fail due to misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modifications and or uses that are contrary to the instructions provided with the item.

If you have an item that is defective (other than shipping damage), please do the following:

  1. Call the factory for a Return Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number. This number must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the package, or it may be refused. (If the item was purchased through a distributor, call the distributor for a R.G.A. number)
  2. Return the item prepaid to the Manufacturer or Distributor. Item must be clean of any and all oils, chemicals or residue.
  3. Repair of product or credit will be issued to your account upon evaluation and acceptance of the defective item. In lieu of repair or credit, a no charge replacement may be shipped. If item is evaluated as defective return shipping will be covered by Seelye Acquisitions, Inc. for UPS/FedEx Ground shipping only, any other special shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

If item is damaged during shipping, the original purchaser must report shipping damages to the carrier and the manufacturer or distributor within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods and the original packaging must be kept. Failure to do so may result in the carrier denying the claim.

Seelye Acquisitions, Inc’s Limited Warranty will not extend beyond those described above.

Seelye Acquisitions, Inc. or Authorized Distributor will not be held liable for any lose of use, sales or profit, indirect, consequential or incidental damages caused by or suffered as a result of the sale or use of the product and will be limited to the consideration of the original purchase price of the product.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable without the expressed written approval from Seelye Acquisitions, Inc.

Any dispute in connection with this Limited Warranty will be referred to Seelye Acquisitions, Inc.’s attorney.
